I manage a team of project managers who ensure that cell sites for wireless get built and upgraded.

I wanted to do something challenging that involved math and science, and I was interested in construction.

I'm from the UK, and I did my civil engineering degree at the University of Leeds.

I work with electrical, RF and civil engineers, and my day involves a lot of conference calls to ensure all teams are aligned to meet common goals.

I enjoy seeing the results of my work, and knowing that what my team does directly benefits our customers.

I have three boys ages 8, 6 and 3.

I'm looking to advance to the next level at Verizon.

I advise working hard at school, taking STEM subjects, and talking to people who already work in the fields you're interested in.
