Maria Marichal asked Nicolette Yovanof Little, The Boeing Company AddedSunday, November 12, 2017 at 1:20 PM Hi Nicolette! I am a 33 years old woman and mother of 3. I worked for the last 15 years on food management industry as an Area Supervisor. I have now make the decision of pursuing a bachelors degree on Engineer.. My options to travel for college are limited and I am having a hard time finding local colleges that offer mechanical or airspace engineer degrees online or local. I have found one option in an University in Arizona to study a Bachelors degree in Engineer Management. I would like at the end to seek a position in a industrial atmosphere or petroleum plant. Based on your experience in the field, do you think that I will be able to compete for a position with the Engineer Management degree or will I have a hard time? I understand that many Engineers Managers have achieve the position in their actual jobs by being promoted from within. Please advice me... should I make the investment or will I regret it at the end? Thanks for being such an inspiration for me and many others.
