Should an introverted person become a civil engineer?

I am currently pursuing a bachelor's in Civil Engineering in my third year. English is not my mother language, and I have been in the US for only 3.5 years. I am an introverted person who always feels shy when standing in a crowd. The thing is I love Maths and sketching stuff, anything related to building and construction, but I do not know what major should I go for due to the limit of using English. I was studying Urban Design (at a local university in my country) before coming to the US. So far, I am doing good with all the Engineering courses such as Statics, Fluid Dynamics,.. also finished all the Calculus and Physics. However, I got a hard time with English 101,102, and some social classes like Sociology, History, etc. I rather stay on the computer doing CAD drawings or doing something like that. People told me that you have to talk, explain, and meet a lot of people while working in this field. I choose Structural as my concentration, I'm not sure if it is a good choice tbh.
