Why Engineering? I loved math and science and i could combine that with my love of space and things that fly. I love to solve tough problems and use critical thinking. It seemed like a natural fit.
School Days I went to Purdue University for my undergrad and got a degree in Aerospace Engineering. I went full time to graduate school after getting my undergrad and got a masters in Aerospace Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Proud Moments Getting my internship at Boeing and then getting my full time job there. Getting into my company's leadership program. Winning the WE Local ELiTE Award Winning the SWE Emerging Leader Award Becoming a Mom.

My Family My husband is in IT. I have a son who is four years old. I come from an engineering family. My sister is an industrial engineer and my dad was an electrical engineer.
