Can I have multiple jobs?

I think it'd be tough to have 3 different jobs at once, but that doesn't mean it can't be done. You'll just have to set your priorities and your boundaries and stick to them. At the moment, I consider myself to have 3 jobs as well - Engineer, Mom, and Student. It's challenging, but it can be done. It's also possible to work part-time as an engineer - my company allows established engineers to work 2-3 days a week to fit their personal lives where needed. A coworker was working 3 days a week for a few years in order to keep his kids out of daycare. My point is, if you truly want to do it, it can absolutely be done.
