  • What I Do

    I am a Lean Six Sigma trainer.  This role allows me to train other on techniques that help reduce waste and variation within a process.

  • Why Engineering?

    My guidance counselor and high school teacher told me that I would excel as an engineer. In addition, I did well in math in science at school.

  • School Days

    I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Buffalo.

  • My Day At Work

    Some tasks that I complete as an Operations Industrial Engineer are work flow analysis, layout changes, process improvements, and create process documents.

  • Best Part

    I enjoy completing new projects and working with people in different departments. While completing process improvements projects, I have to work with union, maintenance, and other plant support employees.

    I am the first woman in my family to obtain an engineering degree.

  • Dreams and Goals

    My short term goal is to complete a leadership development program. My long term goal is to complete my PhD.
