Charlotte Champigny

Charlotte has held various positions in the medical device, consumer electronics, and telecommunications industries. She is currently the Director of Engineering at Nevatronix, LLC, a world-class fully-integrated precision engineering company. Previously, she was a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Greatbatch Medical (now a part of Integer Holdings Corporation). She has also worked on projects with several Fortune 500 companies. Her areas of interest include: lean manufacturing, DFM (design for manufacturability), process validations, and project management. Her engineering work has taken her to various regions of the US, as well as Mexico, and China. Charlotte is also passionate about getting young students interested in the areas of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and volunteers for the National Academy of Engineering. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management as well as a Master of Business Administration degree.
