Should I specialize in Computer or Biomedical?

Hello, I am a university student at SMU (Dallas) studying Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am interested in AI/ML but also Biomedical applications. Should I specialize in Computer or Biomedical?
One degree would say "Electrical and Computer Engineering with a Biomedical Engineering specialization" and the other one would say Electrical and Computer Engineering with a Computer Engineering specialization". There are also two plans for the ECE Biomed, one that involves pre-med courses and one that doesn't involve pre-med courses but instead involves more technical biomedical engineering classes. Also, the Computer Engineering specialization would allow me to take two "depth" courses in biomedical engineering. Will specializing in biomedical engineering hurt my chances to get a job in Big Tech with AI/ML? Also, would specializing in computer impede my ability to get a biomedical engineering job?
