I applied to electrical engineering but the Uni I applied at changed my course to civil, what should I do?

As a graduate of diploma in electrical engineering, I decided to further my education through a degree in electrical engineering but the Uni I applied at changed my course to civil, what should I do? Please Should I go for the civil engineering which I will not likely like to study or I should apply for HND in a polytechnic and further my education in electrical engineering. Thanks
