What engineering jobs interact with people the most?

I have all the core skills of an engineer, but I never really considered it as an option because I was always more interested in non-STEM fields (I am currently studying psychology to become a therapist). However, I have recently been reconsidering engineering, but I'm not sure if there are any fields that would interest me. Can you think of any engineering jobs that help/interact with people, are more active (not purely in the office), and are mentally/creatively stimulating?
