What problems do chemical engineers face in their job?

As a chemical engineer, there are a variety of hurdles in the work place. I wouldn't call them problems, because many of them are related to communicating with your coworkers. Very often, you will be in a team where not everyone has the same specialized knowledge as you and you have to communicate your work to everyone on the team.
