  • What I Do

I currently work as a licensed Professional Engineer in Philadelphia, PA. I work in the Transportation industry and specialize in Bridge Design, Reconstruction, and Rehabilitation.

  • School Days

I graduated in June 2017 with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering in an accelerated degree program from Drexel University. My concentration was Strucutral Engineering. At Drexel, I was highly involved with Drexel Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and Drexel American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

  • My Family

My father is a union carpenter and my mother is a first-grade teacher. I have a younger brother who three years younger than me and he is in the business and IT field.

  • Dreams and Goals

Now that I have my Professional Engineering (PE) license, my next major goal is to become a project manager.

  • Inspiration

My inspiration is Emily Roebling who oversaw the construction for the Brooklyn Bridge. Read more about her amazing story here: https://www.engineergirl.org/125425/Emily-Roebling

  • Want to be an Engineer?

If you want to become an engineer, the best advice I can give is don’t be afraid to ask! As a young engineer, you aren’t expected to know everything so make sure you speak up when you are given a task and you’re not sure how to proceed! Your team is there to help you learn!

  • Hobbies

I enjoy long walks with my fur baby Nemo, playing tennis, and snowboarding.
