Changing between two similar majors such as Chemistry and Chemical Engineering happens all the time. Look into Chemical Engineering programs and find one you are interested in. Then once you have a few in mind you can contact them about pre-requisites. They may want you to take one or two engineering courses to make sure you are on the same page as your engineering counterparts, but generally there is some flexibility.
