Even then I was not sure what engineering was or how it was different from study science. Today, there are many more resources for learning about engineering or getting the skills for engineering. You do not need any special skills to enter an engineering program but there are some that can give you a leg up such as coding, matching, or robotics. There are tons of YouTube videos on coding and other online resources. Don’t get discouraged if you can’t learn it right away, even just exposing yourself to these things will better prepare you for college!
