priyanka banerjee asked Sayari Ghosh, QuickApplyLoan (Gobdu Corporation) AddedThursday, March 22, 2018 at 4:18 AM Hi, I am b.tech in biotechnology. I always loved to code and I am in an IT company right now. But I don't know where to take my career from here. Should I do MS in CSE or should I apply to companies? If you'd like to join a product development company, then a masters degree would definitely be a good starting point. But, as you are already working in an IT company (as I don't know if this is a product development company or a consulting, I can't advice you there) you may also want to stay at the job and learn. In that case you can focus more on the task at hand, take on more challenging projects that interest you and later (maybe in a year or so) decide whether you'd like to stay at this job or go for a MS. Either way, keep an eye out for online free courses like Coursera or even YouTube for programming courses. Languages like Java, Python, etc. will always come handy whichever path you decide to take. Please feel free to keep me posted, and good luck.
