Recently I've been considering majoring in engineering (electrical, maybe mechanical or aeronautical). However, I'm slightly concerned by the idea of being the only (or one of the only) females in a class full of men. I don't want to be teased or even harassed because I'm a girl. What are your experiences? Were you teased or harassed in college/work because you're a girl? If so, how did you handle it and did it get better? Should I be concerned? Do you think the trend of engineering ...
