I am a chemical engineering major, and I have already toured the NR headquarters and am preparing for the technical interviews. Specifically, I was hoping to gain insight on what the work culture at NR is like, how much work you do alone versus in groups, and what it is like working there as a young woman.

Are there any specific skills you need to be a successful engineer? If so, what are they? I really want to be a software engineer but I'm not sure if I have some of the things that they want in a person's personality.
