Do biomedical engineers create tools to help forensic scientists?

    Hi Bella,

    Engineers create many tools, and certainly some of them are used by forensic scientists.  Imaging machines, cameras, and microscopes are all good examples.  There is also a specialty field called forensic engineering.  Forensic engineers will generally apply their engineering knowledge to examine engineered products that have failed in some way.  Investigating a bridge collapse may be one example.
