How do I get into industrial engineering as a civil or environmental major? My school does not offer industrial engineering.

Hello, my name is Crystal. I recently declared civil engineering and I'm not sure that I'm going to stay with it. I might switch to environmental. one thing I am sure about is that after I graduate I want to do industrial engineering work too. Mainly in hospitals, making it easier for people with rare diseases to get properly diagnosed and to also help issues with racial bias in healthcare. I also would potentially use it in the entertainment industry as well. But I didn't even have to option to major in industrial since my school does not offer it. I've heard before that Industrial engineering is a subset of Mechanical, but not really anything for Civil. How do I prepare myself for that part of my future. Would minoring in business help? If so what concentration or classes ? What classes could I take in general to better prepare for industrial engineering? Is it only possible to go into industrial with a mechanical degree ?
