Where can I get exposure to biomedical engineering?

I am an electronics and communications engineer by profession. I was really hoping to use my skills in the field of Biomedical engineering but I really don't know where to start. I will be pursuing my MS in Electrical engineering from this year hoping to find the right exposure to Biomedical engineering through certain courses. Where can I get good exposure to Biomedical engineering?
