What types of colleges are best if you are pursuing a job as a civil engineer?

Im a junior in highschool currently and I'm scared about colleges and applying because I was never really given a good base. I want to know types of colleges are best for a civil engineer and the what kinds of courses to take, I was thinking construction management but I am unsure about it all.
