What I Do In my current role I am a bridge between our airline customers and the internal staff at my company for all issues related to warranty. I have a sense of purpose each issue that I help resolve, in that it not only cleared up questions for our customer, but also brings that real world customer experience back into the engineering and business teams.
Why Engineering? I chose engineering because I like to solve problems that help people. I've always like science as well as the arts, and I found engineering to be a wonderful match of science and creative thinking.
