Why Engineering? As a kid I wanted to build airplanes and bridges! I always liked math and was good at is. I studied physics in college because it had a lot of math and it challenged me. I always want to be challenged. After college I found engineering to be similar to physics but more applicable - in other words, I could use the physics I learned to actually build things!
Want to be an Engineer? We need more female engineers!! You belong!!! You belong in the engineering classes even if no one else in the classroom looks like you.
Hobbies I love to ski, read, play softball, tennis, golf & dodge ball. I have always loved sports & try to spend as much time outside as I can! Whether it is biking or hiking or going to the beach.
