Many companies that hire you will have a path and training within the company to help you on that path. Another option is to get an MBA, but I would get at least 2 years of experience before starting an MBA program (and many companies will even pay for your degree!) My personal path evolved because of the connections I made, networking is important to your career no matter what path you choose. Good luck!!!
