Is your job easy?

I don’t think I would say my job is easy. However, as you grow in your career you learn new skills over time, and the better you are at those skills, the more effective and efficient you will be at your job. My job may not be easy but it is something I am good at and always getting better at.
As to what I do, I work on energy conservation projects as a technical subject matter expert, basically providing quality assurance to the clients by verifying energy saving scopes and calculations.
