What I Do I currently work in our Technical Center providing engineering support to our business units in the area of oil and gas surface facilities design.
Why Engineering? I always had a interest in math and science but it wasn't until I went to college that I discovered engineering. I enjoyed solving problems and critical thinking.
Challenges As a first generation college student, there was no roadmap for me to follow or role models for me to emulate. I really had to forge my own path and figure out how to navigate the system. My success relied on my initiative and hard work.
