    Hi Laila,
Biomedical engineers make a variety of tools that help everyone! Some of the tools used by forensic scientists are: microscopes, fume hoods, chromatographs, and spectrometers. These are sometimes made by biomedical engineers but most of the times, it is a team effort since each instrument has different components. For example, mechanical and electrical engineers work with physicists to make microscopes.
Biomedical engineers are especially skilled in making tools for biomedical services that serve the healthcare sector.
