Hi, My sister is a rising 9th grader and she has been looking into what she wants to do. She likes the idea of traveling, making an impact, but also having a major that isn't too hard. So, I think the EnviE gives the traveling and the impact component, but I'm unaware of the difficulty. I don't know much about the career besides what I have looked into briefly about the career. Is the major hard in math? Or is it a relatively easy major for a good career? As well as, what are the jobs like ...

Hello Mrs. Kenny, Thank you for sharing so much information about environmental engineering. I particularly love how you said an achievement in your career was to become an ordain minister for The Church of The Flying Spaghetti Monster, too cool. I also loved 'Stranger In a Strange Land' and will check out the other books you put down as well. Frankly I relate to you not only because of the same interests but also because I have two kids and am just starting classes again in the ...

But I do not have any career satisfaction and want to find something back in the environmental field, preferably land remediation. Do you have any advice on jobs that involve traveling or flexible schedules? I would be happy ...

Hello! I am 25 years old and currently hold a BFA in Studio Art and am looking for a career change. I wish I had been more exposed to environmental engineering during my undergraduate studies as I believe this is exactly what I'd like to do for the rest of my life. I'm particularly interested in hydrology and will soon be pursuing a second bachelor's degree in the geosciences and hope to continue on with my master's in hydrology or water resources management. All that being said, I am a very ...

I am currently an Environmental Engineering BS Candidate at the Georgia Institute of Technology (AKA Georgia Tech), and I was wondering what led you to decide on your concentration/specialty. Also what advice would you give to an engineering student who is currently struggling with the rigor of an engineering curriculum?
