Most people don't think women inventors have made an impact on our world when their inventions actually help us through our everyday lives. Women have made our lives safer and easier with inventions like penicillin, eyeglasses, and liquid paper. Thanks to woman inventors our lives have been made more convenient. In this website we celebrate Margaret E. Knight and one of her great inventions, the paper bag. You might think that the paper bag is useless, but it helps us carry food, clothing, and other necessities. Something truly fascinating about Margaret and her invention is that it was almost stolen.
