Thank you very much for posting a question, and sorry about the slow response. I really appreciate that you think that my work is amazing! You are lucky that you are thinking about being an engineer at such a young age! Good for you!
When I was 11 years old -- I had no idea what I wanted to be -- and I did not even know what an engineer was. I think that you can do what I have done -- and more. You just have to keep focused on your goals, and do not let anyone try to convince you to do anything otherwise. There are always plenty of people who are "naysayers" for various reasons -- but don't you believe them. I still encounter "naysayers" everyday -- so they never go away (no matter how much you accomplish). The best thing that you can do is to create a strong belief in yourself and your capabilities. There will always be people who are smarter or more talented than you in something that you are not -- but do not let this get to you. Keep your goals and your dreams in mind! I am sure that one day you will be helping a young person who also wants to be an engineer.
