Thank you for what you do

I wanted to thank and congratulate you for all you hard work and the intelligence you have shown. I am a French female engineering student, leaving in Brisbane to complete my degree, and everyday I get to hear what you talked about in your TED Talk : OMG, you must be sooooooo smart; OMG is it okay to be surrounded by boys? Or worse, coming all the time from fellow male students: Come on, we know exactly what you did to be here with us.
I am tired of guys and the people in general being afraid of smart girls. I am tired of guys scorn me because I wear pink, make up and heels, and still nail it at exams. I am proud of what I acheived and who I am, but I tend to forget it in the everyday machistic world, because people always try to put us girls down. So thank you for standing up for us and be so creative, you are a model for all the little girls, and even for me who is about to graduate :)
Keep doing what you do, and things will get better
