I'm struggling in math and I don't know what to do

I'm really confused right now as to whether to continue with engineering. This is a 2nd career for me. I owned a small landscape construction business that I started from scratch for 10 years until the economy bottomed out and wanted to get a worthwhile degree for the second half of my working life. I got nearly perfect scores in all highschool math and am a good designer/problem solver by nature so I thought chemical engineering would be a good fit. Felt like there may be too many male egos to deal with in mechanical. Anyway, I am about 8 classes shy from my AS but I totally bombed in Calculus. I dropped it first semester and failed it the second. I was taking chemistry at the same time and feel like I could have done a better job if I weren't taking both simultaneously. Now I'm questioning if I have made the right choice because I'm struggling with the math.....I also feel like if I try again I might put so much pressure on myself that I really would fail!!!! Can anyone give me any words of advice?
