You will need to take biology at some point if you want to be a biomedical engineer. It may be that you will take it in college, and that is fine. Ideally you will have some knowledge of the field to help you through college biology, and I am not sure what the college entrance requirements will be in India. You will need to explore that yourself, but if you are serious about a career in biomedical engineering I suggest you find some way to learn about biology even if it is just through independent study.
