Wei Jing serves as a research associate at the National Academies' Policy and Global Affairs. She is involved in various projects that examine women and minorities' status in science and engineering education and workforce as well as programs that empower and advance girls and women in science and engineering. She has coordinated many workshops and conferences within her division. Wei started working on EngineerGirl! in 2010 and is responsible for the daily maintenance of EngineerGirl! website. She is excited to see the launch of the new EngineerGirl! website and is grateful for an opportunity to continue working on it. Wei obtained her Master degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University (2010) and her bachelor's degree in Finance from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing (2008).
