I lead a team of engineers focused on solutions to improve user experience. 

Love problem solving and creating solutions. 

I went to Cairo University (Cairo, Egypt) graduated with B.Sc in Electronic and Communications. 

Team meetings focusing on current projects and solving issues / challenges. Brain storming sessions. Resolving production issues that arise. Every day is unique. 

Solving problems and completing projects. 

Generally I accept all the challenges and work hard at resolving them. Taking additional responsibilities. I applied for a internal position and the was not considered because senior management didn't want to lose me in the existing position. I presented a solution for them by outsourcing the position, saving them money and getting the position I applied for.  

Being in a male dominated field, getting my voice heard and proving myself.  

My family is my anchor. I was blessed to be raised by patents who believed in equality and believed in me. My family supported me all the way. 

Continue to grow as a leader and an engineer. Continue to learn.  

My father was my role model. He taught me to never run away from a challenge. Face it, solve it and then she your choices. 

It's a fulfilling career if you like a dynamic and interesting field. It's very rewarding especially when you present solutions that help others.  

Love outdoors. Hiking, cycling and swimming. Volunteer work. Love action movies. 

Being an engineer helped me develop a way of thinking which not only helped me solving problems at work but in life.
