How did you get to where you are today?

Hi Victoria - I am a junior in college currently studying chem eng and working at Nike is my dream job. I am a student athlete so working in athletics is something I have always had a strong interest in. I am just wondering if you had any tips for being a more desirable candidate for jobs/internships.
