How can I become a successful engineer?

Hi Mya,  My best advice is to immerse yourself in studies that support your goals.  Join clubs, take classes, look online, and talk to people in engineering positions that you feel your are interested in.   The basis that engineering gives a person provides a very solid background that may keep you in the engineering field, but will allow you to branch out in many areas if that is what you desire or if you change your mind later! Sometimes we just don't know what we want when we are starting out!  Don't worry about it if that's the way you feel.
